Off-Road Adventure: Rules and Safety Guidelines

  • 1 No drinking or drunken behavior whatsoever will be tolerated.
  • 2 All children under 18 are required by law and per company policy to wear a DOT-approved helmet. (We supply helmets).
  • 3 Littering in any way is strictly prohibited.
  • 4 Renters should always be courteous, respectful and share the road.
  • 5 We love our pets as much as you do however, there is a $50 cleaning fee for Jeeps only.
  • 6 Driver/renter must be 25 years of age or older. No exceptions.
  • 7 Drivers and any passenger under 18 are required by law to wear protective eye wear.
